Steven, originally from Montgomery, TX, is a junior at Baker College majoring in Biosciences. He is currently in his third year of service with REMS and holds the positions of InCharge (AEMT) and Operations Lieutenant. Among his duties are to manage and inventory all REMS medical supplies, communications equipment, and restock locations, ensure proper operations of emergency response vehicles, and maintain operational Public Access Defibrillation (PAD) sites throughout Rice’s campus and Rice-affiliated off-campus locations.
