Milan, hailing from McAllen, Texas, is a senior at Duncan College majoring in Social Policy Analysis. He is in his third year of service with Rice EMS and holds the position of InCharge (AEMT) and Field Training Lieutenant. Among his duties are to coordinate the REMS application process, train EMTs to manage scenes in accordance to the Clinical Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures, and maintain personnel records for members.
