Kai, from Tokyo, Japan, is a senior at Duncan College majoring in Sports Medicine and Exercise Physiology. He is in his second year of service with REMS and holds the positions InCharge (AEMT), Community Outreach Lieutenant, and Senior Lieutenant. Among his duties are coordinating community events and engagement, managing REMS' social media, and supporting the Captain.
